Return & Warranty

All ASMOKE products are backed by a warranty against manufacturing defects, consistent with the Australian Consumer Law.

If your product develops a fault not caused by misuse or neglect, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photos or video evidence to assist in assessment.

Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, a full replacement unit, or other remedies as required by law. If the returned product is not found to be faulty, return freight may be charged.

This warranty does not override your consumer rights under the ACL.
