Refund Policy
ASMOKE Australia is committed to customer satisfaction. If you believe your product is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). We encourage customers to report issues as soon as reasonably practicable. There is no strict deadline for reporting defects, as long as the item was used appropriately and within expected conditions.
We offer refunds for products that are confirmed to be faulty due to manufacturing defects or damage during transit. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment. You may be asked to provide supporting evidence, such as photos or videos.
If the item is found not to be faulty, refunds may not be provided and return freight may be the responsibility of the customer.
