Product Information

A pellet grill is a cooking appliance that uses wood pellets as fuel. These grills are designed to provide a convenient and consistent way of cooking various types of food, including meats, vegetables, and even baked goods.

•Pellet grills typically consist of a hopper for storing wood pellets and a motorized auger that feeds the pellets into a fire pot, and a digital controller that regulates the temperature. The pellets are ignited by a heating element, creating a controlled fire that produces smoke and heat for cooking.

•The digital controller allows users to set and maintain their desired cooking temperature, providing precise control over the grilling process. The wood pellets used in pellet grills come in different flavors, such as hickory, applewood, or mesquite, which can enhance the taste and aroma of the food being cooked.

Troubleshooting

Please try the following steps:

  1. Set your router to 2.4 GHz only and check if the grill can connect.
  2. Test with a mobile hotspot:iPhone → enable Maximum Compatibility.Android → set hotspot to 2.4GHz mode.
  3. Restart the grill and see if it connects.
  4. If still not connected:Turn off the grill and remove the battery.Open the control panel and reconnect the antenna cable securely.Restart the grill and try connecting again.
  1. Check the firepot for dust or leftover pellets and clean it if needed.
  2. Make sure the pellets are dry and that new pellets are feeding into the firepot after ignition starts.
  3. Ensure the igniter extends about 1.5–2.5 cm. If it’s too short, adjust it with pliers or tweezers once the grill is fully cool.
  4. After starting ignition, wait 3–6 minutes to see if the igniter glows red and heats up.
  1. Check if the probe port is loose. If it is, open the control panel and tighten the nut.
  2. Test the two meat probes in both probe ports to see whether the issue is with a probe or the probe port.
  1. Check your charger —it must support PD 3.0 or PD 3.1.
  2. Check your charging cable. We recommend using the Type‑C to Type‑C cable provided, or any Type‑C to Type‑C cable that supports PD 3.0 or 3.1.
  3. Make sure the battery temperature is between 5–40 °C (41–104 °F).
  4. Press and hold the battery button for 15 seconds to reset.
  1. Make sure both the grill and the app are properly connected to the internet.
  2. Update the app and the grill to the latest versions, or restart them and try again.
  3. If the issue persists, uninstall the app and reinstall the latest version.

You can check whether this happens every time you use the grill. If the battery charges and works normally, quick battery drain is usually caused by extended ignition time.Normally, ignition takes about 6 minutes and uses roughly 17% of the battery. After successful ignition, the grill uses very little power. If ignition fails or takes longer, it may use much more battery. When the igniter is on, the flame icon turns orange, which helps monitor the total ignition time. Resolving any ignition issues should restore normal battery runtime.

  1. Use 100% pure wood pellets for the best performance. ASMOKE pellets are recommended, but if you use other brands, place the iron piece in the burn pot.
Please note that issues from other brands may affect warranty.
  2. Check for pellet bridging or jams. If needed, remove the safety net and gently tap the hopper bottom to keep pellets flowing smoothly.
  3. Avoid opening the lid during ignition or while the temperature is rising. If necessary, wait until the temperature stabilizes before opening.
  4. Do not stop the ignition process midway, as it may cause excess pellets to build up in the burn pot.
  5. Don’t press the Prime button or add pellets directly into the burn pot.
  6. Before ignition, clean out any excess pellets or dust from the burn pot.
