We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier services. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight and delivery location.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide photos. We will investigate and provide a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
In cases where a return is confirmed due to product fault, ASMOKE will cover the cost of return freight. If the item is returned but found not to be faulty, the return freight may be deducted from any refund issued.

If your product develops a fault not caused by misuse or neglect, please contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We may request photos or video evidence to assist in assessment.
Depending on the situation, we may provide replacement parts, a full replacement unit, or other remedies as required by law. If the returned product is not found to be faulty, return freight may be charged.
This warranty does not override your consumer rights under the ACL.
